1. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns/replacements only if:

• The product is damaged

• The product is defective

• Wrong product delivered

You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Live plants (due to perishable nature)

• Customized products

• Used items

3. Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

• Amount is credited to the original payment method

4. Replacement Policy

• Replacement will be shipped if the issue is verified

• Photo/video proof may be required

5. Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled only before dispatch

6. Shipping Charges

• Non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect
